What stays on your device

Tukanino sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

• Favorites: the drawings you save stay in your browser on this device. They are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
• Holiday bar: if you close the bar about the current holiday at the top of the page, your browser remembers that on this device.
• Help me choose: your answers stay in the page address in your browser tab. They are never sent to us.

Hosting

Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the pages of Tukanino. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data, such as your browser and the page you open. Cloudflare uses this data to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Tukanino keeps no server logs of its own.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a fast and safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Ads and cookies

Tukanino is free because it shows ads from Google AdSense, a service of Google Ireland Limited.

• The ads are never personalized. Google does not pick them based on your interests or on other sites you visited. They depend on the page you look at and your rough location, such as your city. We also ask Google to treat every ad on Tukanino as shown to a child.
• Generic ads still use cookies. Google uses them to limit how often you see the same ad, to count views and clicks, and to stop fraud.
• To show the ads, your browser loads files from Google. Google then receives your IP address and the address of the page.

In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google asks for your consent on your first visit. If you say no, you see limited ads, which use no cookies for advertising. You can change your choice at any time with the privacy and cookie settings link that Google shows on the page. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

In other countries, Google shows generic ads without asking first. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping Tukanino free (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Save to Pinterest

The “Save to Pinterest” button is a plain link. Pinterest gets nothing from Tukanino until you click it. After you click, Pinterest's privacy policy applies.

When you email us

Cloudflare forwards mail for hello@tukanino.com to our mailbox at Gmail, a service of Google. We use your email address and your message only to answer you. We delete the mail when the matter is done, unless the law says we must keep it.

Data outside the EU

Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both companies take part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and also use the EU's standard contractual clauses.

Children

The drawings are for children aged 2 to 5, but parents and teachers use the website. Children color on paper, and the site asks nothing from them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also ask us to limit or stop its use, or to give it to you in a form you can take to another service. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not change what happened before.

You can also complain to the CNPD, the data protection authority in Luxembourg, or to the authority in your country.
